The Brief
The AI Centre for Value Based Healthcare is pioneering AI technology for the NHS – a consortium of NHS, academic, and commercial partners working together to build data infrastructure, deep data assets, and facilitate precision medicine at scale. Delivering across population health, research, and patient pathways, they work on programmes including the NHS Secure Data Environment and the national Genomics AI programme. With research, partnerships, and public sector projects moving quickly, they needed a platform that could keep pace and give their communications team the autonomy to publish without developer involvement.
What We Built
We delivered a TypeScript Next.js platform integrated with a headless CMS, structured to handle the Centre's varied content types: research publications, news, events, and team profiles. The CMS editorial interface was configured to match their workflow, reducing friction for a busy communications team. Performance was a priority throughout, ensuring the platform meets public sector standards and holds up under scrutiny.
